Paccheri pasta with pumpkins, porcini and homemade calabrian style sausage, a recipe from Angelo’s mum, made from 100% top quality pork shoulder, minced in our premise with added fennel seeds and a touch of chilly passata

Antipasto withBurrata (best of all mozzarella’s with soft buttery in the middle) with grilled aubergine, courgettes, rocket, parmesan and semidry cherry tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil

Salmone alla Gravlax this dish of high quality marinated salmon is originate in Norway and perfected by Angelo by adding fresh orange, lemon and spices when marinated, served sliced with leaf salad, lemon wedge and fresh horseradish yogurt

Pan-fried tiger prawns with garlic and homemade red chilly concentrate, served with basil pesto, and Venus black rice, it is a brown rice with completely natural black coloured grain from Vercelli

Pan-fried fillet of monk fish with giroles mushrooms, squid, leeks and cherries tomatoes, served with saffron and parmesan risotto

Pan-fried sirloin steak with balsamic and truffle sauce, hand cut chips, wild rocket and sautéed mixed mushrooms in garlic and parsley

Roast pork belly with apples and grain mustard sauce, served with cabbage and garlic and rosemary potatoes

Roast duck leg with dry cherries and port sauce, served with green beans and sautéed potatoes
